1) Is there anything you don't like about being a mom?

A: yes, there are some things that I find difficult about being a mom. It may sound bad, but I don't like how much less time I have to spend by myself or with just Chris. I don't like having to arrange for a babysitter to do simple things, and if my babysitter changes her mind, or calls me sick then I can't do that thing I had planned on doing. I miss being able to sleep in as late as I want. I miss being selfish...lol I have my moments where I just don't want to be a mom anymore and I want to give Paul back to "his parents". So, long story short, all the stuff that I don't like about being a mom, I still wouldn't trade being a mom for the whole world. I love being a mom. It's the hardest, most challenging thing I've ever embarked upon and I love it :)

2) whats the best and worst thing about your new home?

A: The best thing about my new home is that we have WINDOWS!!!!!!!!! We don't have to turn lights on to see outside. The worst thing about our new home is our one neighbour. He is trouble around these parts and it worry's me sometimes, and I hate when he smokes cigs or pot b/c it comes into our place via the windows :(

3) Do you still wish to move closer to home?

A: yes I do. For lots of reasons. It's nicer there. It's more quiet. I wish we lived close enough to MY MOM to visit for a few hours if I wanted too and not worry about it being a "day trip" so I could see her more often. The air is cleaner there. But I am not sure if we will ever actually be ABLE to move closer.

4) are you going to call me? :P

A: yes. When r u most available now to chat? I really don't know ur schedual anymore and I don't want to call when u are trying to put Alex to bed or something, which is why I have been holding off lately. I do miss our chats!

5) whats your biggest accomplishment besides Paul?

A: hhmmm that's tough. I think my biggest accomplishment would have to be finishing my diploma in Social Work b/c now that I have that, I am able to do many different things, as it's a wide range of employment opportunities. I just don't know what I want to do yet. lol

1. How are you liking being a mom?

A: Overall, I love it. I still am amazed some days that I really even am a mom because my mom is a mom, and it just seems weird. I love how Paul's eyes light up whenever I walk into a room and how amazing he is. It scares me sometimes when I think of the enormous responsibility it is to raise someone, and some times I worry that when he grows up, he will move far away and want nothing to do with me.

2. What do you really wish you could say to Chris' mom?

A: haha..A LOT of stuff. In all honesty, I wish I could say to butt out of our business and start worrying about herself. Stop being so friggin greedy all the time and that she needs to let us raise paul, not the other way around. And if it comes right down to it, and it sounds terrible, but I would tell her that she's not welcome in our home anymore. (but I know I can't say that).

3. Anyone else you want to tell off?

A: my boss...haha.

4. What's your guiltiest food pleasure?

A: OMG...probably french fries either with ground beef, mushrooms, onions, peppers and gravy OR fries with salsa and sour cream. mmmmmmmmm

5. How often are you and Chris able to get intimate with Paul around now?

A: It's cut down considerably. I just am not in the mood as much and it's really bugging Chris way more than it's bugging me. I sometimes even just do it to shut him up. lol However, I'd say on average (b/c sometimes we do it more in a week, and then go like over a week without it), but I'd say an average of 2 times per week?
